How do I return ?

• Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders.  We only accept returns in case of fabric or print damage.
• If you have received a defective product, share images at info@lokel.in and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
• Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.Incase the customer still wants to exchange after that,Please note that the shipping charges of Rs 200/- will need to be borne by the customer for sending the product back to us.
• The returned item must be sent with all its original packaging and perfect condition.

Why will my return rejected?

Item received has not been sent back with all its original packaging and perfect condition.

• How soon will I get my refund?

• It will take up-to 3 to 5 business days for refund to reflect in your account, after the return item has been delivered and inspected by us.
